Tramec Acquires Johnson Welded Products

Tramec, a portfolio company backed by High Street Capital and Wells Fargo Strategic Capital, has acquired Johnson Welded Products (JWP), a longtime manufacturer of steel and aluminum air reservoirs and related tanks based in Urbana, Ohio. The acquisition is Tramec's fourth add-on since its management-led recapitalization in 2021 and is intended to broaden Tramec's commercial vehicle product offering, enable cross-selling, and drive operational improvements and capacity growth at JWP's Urbana facility.
