Capri Holdings Acquires Tuscan Shoemaker Sicla

Capri Holdings has signed an agreement to acquire Sicla, a Montevarchi-based Italian shoemaker known for producing part of Jimmy Choo's collections. The Donnini family will continue to oversee operations; financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition strengthens Capri's production capabilities and secures a supplier in Tuscany's luxury footwear cluster.

Chicago-based private investment firm Tilia Holdings has acquired Caputo Cheese, a Melrose Park, Illinois value-added processor of high-quality Italian cheeses, from Promus Equity Partners (transaction closed June 30, 2025). Monroe Capital provided the senior credit facility and an equity co-investment to support the acquisition; Natale Caputo will continue to lead the company as Tilia looks to scale Caputo's manufacturing and national distribution capabilities.

Salice Acquires Villes 2000 S.r.l.

(Salice Group), a Cobepa-backed manufacturer of hinges and furniture fittings, has acquired Villes 2000 S.r.l., an Italian producer of aluminium sliding systems for furniture, interior doors and shower boxes. The deal is an add-on to Salice’s platform intended to expand its sliding-systems portfolio, leverage product synergies (including the Bortoluzzi brand) and strengthen its offering to furniture and interior markets.
