(GSI), a Victorville, California-based telecommunications contractor that provides drop bury, maintenance and fiber-to-the-home construction services, from founder Bob DeLaHoussaye. The deal is an accretive tuck-in to TAK (which is PE-backed by Platinum Equity) to strengthen TAK's Southern California presence and expand its FTTH construction and maintenance capabilities.
