FV Recycling, a Jones Capital portfolio company based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, has acquired the paper recycling business of JET Polymer Recycling (commonly known as Tupelo Recycling), adding a recycling plant in Tupelo, Mississippi. The acquisition densifies FV Recycling’s footprint across North Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky and Tennessee and expands its commercial recycling and baler equipment repair capabilities.

Forest Lane Capital Partners has formed ARS Systems and completed the acquisition of ARS Recycling, a Lowellville, Ohio-based manufacturer of steel grit recycling and dust collection equipment. Daniel Moore was appointed CEO and the new ownership said it will invest to expand parts & service offerings, rental equipment and related products while continuing operations at the Lowellville facility.

LRS Acquires Lee's Trash Service

LRS (Lakeshore Recycling Systems) has acquired Lee's Trash Service, a long‑time independent hauler serving the Arkansas River Valley, to densify its LRS South footprint. The deal brings more than 25,000 subscription and municipal residential customers, commercial disposal and roll‑off capabilities, and a transfer station to support regional expansion; founder Tony Lee will remain with LRS in a senior operations role.
