Retail Ecommerce Ventures (REV) has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of UK luxury fashion house Ralph & Russo Limited following a formal sales process run by joint administrators Begbies Traynor Group and Quantuma Advisory. REV — a U.S.-based buyer known for acquiring legacy retail brands and scaling them via e-commerce and digital marketing — intends to grow the Ralph & Russo brand globally across couture, ready-to-wear and accessories.

Alfred Acquires RKW Residential

Berkshire Partners Makes Strategic Investment in RJW Logistics Group

Boston-based private equity firm Berkshire Partners has made a strategic (majority) investment in RJW Logistics Group, a Woodridge, Illinois–based provider of retail logistics and consolidation services for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. RJW CEO Kevin Williamson and other management will remain significant investors, and prior investor Mason Wells will remain a minority holder; the deal is intended to support RJW's growth, innovation and geographic expansion.

Boston-based Audax Private Equity has created Renovo Home Partners (based in Dallas) by combining three regional home-improvement firms — Dreamstyle Remodeling (Albuquerque), Alure Home Improvements (East Meadow, N.Y.) and Remodel USA (Capitol Heights, Md.). The transactions are part of Audax's buy-and-build strategy to scale a national DTC home repair and remodel platform; terms were not disclosed.
