Orion Innovation Acquires Tekmark Global Solutions

Orion Innovation, a One Equity Partners portfolio company, has acquired Tekmark Global Solutions, a New Jersey–headquartered technology services firm. The deal brings more than 850 technology engineers into Orion's US delivery team and strengthens Orion's capabilities in software engineering, telecom engineering, managed services, cybersecurity and data analytics, with expanded depth in financial services, telecommunications and healthcare verticals.

Digital Turbine Acquires ONE Store International

Digital Turbine has acquired ONE Store International, the global-expansion subsidiary of South Korea's ONE Store, to bring ONE Store's alternative app marketplace to North America, the EU, and LATAM. The deal expands a prior strategic partnership (including an earlier equity stake) and aims to combine Digital Turbine's device footprint and SingleTap technology with ONE Store's marketplace to grow app distribution and developer monetization globally.

Tonka Bay Equity Partners Acquires Corporate Technologies
