GRAITEC Acquires Applied Software

GRAITEC, supported by private equity firm Apax, has signed an agreement to acquire Applied Software, a U.S.-based leader in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and computational design. The acquisition (Applied Software: ~130 employees, ~$100M revenue) strengthens GRAITEC's North American footprint and consolidates its partnership with Autodesk to drive commercial synergies and international expansion.
