B2B Industrial Packaging LLC has acquired Western Packaging, Inc., a regional industrial and agricultural packaging distributor based in Albany, Oregon. The deal, closed November 1, 2021, is an add-on to B2B's platform (backed by GenNx360 Capital Partners) to expand the firm's geographic footprint and service capabilities in the Pacific Northwest.

Gen Cap America Acquires Frontier Packaging

Gen Cap America, a Nashville-based private equity firm, has acquired Frontier Packaging, Inc., a Tukwila, Washington-based manufacturer and distributor of seafood packaging, in partnership with Frontier's management. Gladstone Investment Corporation exited its investment in Frontier as part of the transaction; terms were not disclosed. Gen Cap said the acquisition will support Frontier's next phase of growth serving seafood processors across the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.

360Pack Acquires Team Packaging from Colorado

Mill Rock Packaging Partners LLC, a specialty packaging platform backed by Mill Rock Capital, has acquired Keystone Paper & Box Company, a custom folding carton manufacturer based in South Windsor, Connecticut. Keystone's management has made a significant investment in the platform and will remain in place; the deal expands Mill Rock Packaging's footprint to the Eastern U.S. and builds the platform's national specialty packaging capabilities. Terms were not disclosed.
