Mill Rock Packaging Partners, the specialty packaging platform backed by Mill Rock Capital, has acquired All Packaging Company, a paperboard folding carton manufacturer based in Aurora, Colorado. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) expands Mill Rock Packaging's Western U.S. footprint and capabilities across design, printing and converting while All Packaging's president Kenneth Pepper and senior management retain ownership stakes and will continue to lead the business.

Mill Rock Packaging Acquires Woodland Packaging and Laminating Assets from Everett Graphics

(a portfolio company of Mill Rock Capital) acquired the packaging and laminating assets located in Woodland, California from Everett Graphics and entered a long-term supply agreement with Everett. The acquisition expands Mill Rock Packaging’s West Coast capacity and large-format printing and laminating capabilities while supporting Everett’s sustainable tray business focused on single-use plastic replacement. The deal is B2B’s ninth add-on since GenNx360’s October 2020 investment and is intended to expand B2B’s product, service and geographic reach for packaging customers across the U.S.

Kamps, Inc. Acquires John Rock, Inc.

Kamps, Inc., a Freeman Spogli–backed national pallet company, has completed the acquisition of the business of John Rock, Inc., a vertically integrated pallet manufacturer and lumber mill based in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. The add-on expands Kamps' Mid-Atlantic footprint and strengthens its value chain capabilities in lumber milling, new pallet manufacturing, and logistics while retaining John Rock's leadership and employees.
