DMC Global Acquires 60% Controlling Interest in Arcadia Inc.

DMC Global has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 60% controlling interest in Arcadia Inc. for $282.5 million (cash and stock), with an option to acquire the remaining 40% over three years. The acquisition expands DMC's portfolio into architectural building products and will add Arcadia's ~850 employees and ~$246 million in trailing sales to DMC's operations.
