Etnyre International Ltd has acquired Hendrick Manufacturing, a long-established U.S. manufacturer of perforated metal, wedge wire and architectural metal products with facilities in Carbondale, Pennsylvania and Owensboro, Kentucky. The transaction, completed May 6, 2024, expands Etnyre's metal manufacturing capabilities and footprint into new markets and brings Hendrick into the Etnyre group of companies.

RENK Group (via Horstman) Acquires General Kinetics to Create Horstman Canada

RENK Group, through its suspension specialist Horstman, has acquired General Kinetics Engineering Corporation and combined it with Horstman's existing mobility operations to create Horstman Canada. The deal brings General Kinetics' Canadian and U.S. facilities and employees into Horstman's global footprint to expand RENK's presence and capabilities in North American combat vehicle suspension and vibration mitigation.

Ryeco Acquires Sandar Industries

Ryeco, LLC — a Cartersville, Georgia-based manufacturer backed by family office Bellview Capital Partners — has acquired Sandar Industries, Inc., a turn-up systems, adhesive tape and packaging solutions maker based in Atlantic Beach, Florida. The add-on expands Ryeco's product portfolio and paper & packaging footprint to better serve its global customer base; terms were not disclosed.

The Heico Companies Acquires Kershaw

The Heico Companies has acquired Kershaw, a supplier of rail maintenance and vegetation management equipment, adding the business to Heico’s Heavy Equipment Segment alongside Pettibone, BARKO and ARDCO. Kershaw, formerly part of Progress Rail (a Caterpillar company), will support Heico’s capability and market expansion in rail, forestry and maintenance-of-way equipment markets.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Majority Stake in Pioneer Industries

HEICO Corporation's Flight Support Group has agreed to acquire a 74% equity interest in Pioneer Industries, a Farmingdale, New York-based specialty distributor of military aviation, marine and ground spares, for cash at closing plus potential contingent consideration. Pioneer founders Robert and David Yormack will retain 26% and remain in their current roles; the transaction is subject to antitrust clearance and is expected to be accretive to HEICO's earnings within a year.

Hoffmann Family of Companies Acquires Doonan Specialized Trailer

Hoffmann Family of Companies (HF Companies) has acquired Doonan Specialized Trailer, LLC, a custom semi-trailer manufacturer headquartered in Great Bend, Kansas. The acquisition expands HF Companies' transportation vertical and builds on its prior purchase of Texas Bragg Trailers, with Doonan's existing management remaining in place to support continuity.
