Reyco Granning will continue to operate under its existing name while the acquisition expands Hendrickson’s product portfolio and manufacturing footprint in medium- and heavy‑duty vehicle suspension solutions.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Majority Stake in Pioneer Industries

HEICO Corporation's Flight Support Group has agreed to acquire a 74% equity interest in Pioneer Industries, a Farmingdale, New York-based specialty distributor of military aviation, marine and ground spares, for cash at closing plus potential contingent consideration. Pioneer founders Robert and David Yormack will retain 26% and remain in their current roles; the transaction is subject to antitrust clearance and is expected to be accretive to HEICO's earnings within a year.
