Professor Hans Georg Näder and the Näder Family have agreed to buy EQT Private Equity's 20% stake in Ottobock, returning the company to fully family ownership. Ottobock, headquartered in Duderstadt, Germany, is a global leader in prosthetics, orthotics and neuro-mobility solutions with over 9,000 employees and c. EUR 1.5 billion in 2023 sales; the transaction is expected to close in H1 2024.
