CUSITech, LLC has acquired Colorado Springs-based Peak Professional Contractors, a 30-year commercial and government contracting firm. The acquisition adds about 25 employees and brings integrated general contracting capabilities to CUSITech’s low-voltage, electrical and IT implementation services, expanding its national coverage with a focus in Colorado.

Corbett Technology Solutions, Inc. (CTSI) acquired the Integrated Security Solutions division of Electrical Controls & Maintenance, Inc. (EC&M), a Mechanicsville, Virginia-based commercial electrical contractor. The acquisition expands CTSI's security systems integration, managed services and UL 2050-certified capabilities—enabling installations in SCIFs—and gives existing EC&M customers access to CTSI's broader integration, audiovisual and critical communications offerings.

Quanta Services, Inc. has completed its approximately $1.5 billion acquisition of Cupertino Electric, Inc., a San Jose–based electrical infrastructure solutions provider. The deal brings CEI’s low-voltage electrical platform, modular electrical manufacturing capabilities and renewable-energy construction experience into Quanta’s portfolio to expand service offerings and end-market exposure in data centers, technology and utility-scale renewables.
