CUSITech LLC, through its CUSI Electric division, has acquired Colorado Springs-based electrical contractor Systems Electric, adding 37 employees and expanding CUSI's commercial electrical, EV charging, medical lab and UPS installation capabilities. The deal is CUSI's fourth acquisition in under a year and strengthens the company's vertically integrated service offering and national footprint.
