Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; Eagle plans to grow Impact via add-on acquisitions and geographic expansion across the Southeast.

The deal brings nearly 100 new commercial cleaning customers, about 250 employees, and Eagle’s New Berlin headquarters and Madison-area office to 4M as the company expands into its fifteenth state, Wisconsin.
