Auxo Investment Partners has acquired Cariboo Central Railroad Contracting and will integrate it into the Genesis Rail Services platform, expanding the platform's railroad infrastructure maintenance footprint into Canada. Cariboo, headquartered in Kelowna, British Columbia, provides track maintenance, construction, inspections, snow removal and emergency response services to Class I railroads, short-line railroads and industrial customers.

The deal is Auxo's fourth add-on to its growing wire harness and cable manufacturing platform and will expand the platform's capabilities (including work relevant to supercomputing), while SOS's management will remain in place.
