MDaudit has finalized the acquisition of Streamline Health Solutions, Inc., bringing Streamline's pre-bill charge and coding integrity solutions into MDaudit's AI-driven, cloud-based revenue cycle management (RCM) platform. The deal creates a combined RCM offering aimed at reducing billing compliance risk and improving financial performance for large healthcare organizations, and positions Streamline as a wholly owned subsidiary of MDaudit.

Streamline Health Acquires Avelead

Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: STRM) acquired Avelead Consulting, LLC, an Atlanta-based provider of healthcare revenue-cycle SaaS, to expand its revenue integrity and revenue cycle capabilities. The deal included $20 million of cash and stock consideration plus an estimated $15 million performance-based earnout; Avelead had an ARR run rate of $5.7 million and twelve-month revenue of $10.2 million as of June 30, 2021.

HealthStream Acquires HealthLine Systems

HealthStream (NASDAQ: HSTM) agreed to acquire San Diego-based HealthLine Systems, Inc. for approximately $88 million in cash. The deal expands HealthStream’s healthcare-focused SaaS offerings by adding HealthLine’s credentialing, privileging, and provider enrollment solutions (including the Echo product) and will be combined with HealthStream’s SyMed business to form an expanded credentialing and provider data management business.
