The deal expands MedHQ’s service offering to include contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire clinical staffing and complements its HR, accounting and credentialing lines; MedHQ is backed by growth investor 424 Capital and the combined organization operates with 2,000+ employees across 30 states.
