AudienceView, a Toronto-based provider of e-commerce SaaS for events, has acquired New York-based UniversityTickets, a ticketing and event management solution focused on higher education. The acquisition strengthens AudienceView’s product portfolio and leadership in the higher education market by adding UniversityTickets’ campus-specific features and footprint of more than 450 colleges and universities.

Investcorp Acquires Vivaticket

Investcorp has signed an agreement to acquire Ticket Holding S.à.r.l. ("Vivaticket") from the company's co-founders and several minority shareholders. Headquartered in Bologna, Italy, Vivaticket is a provider of integrated ticketing software with ~450 employees; Investcorp said it will support the company's international growth both organically and through add-on acquisitions.

Verint Acquires Qudini Appointment Scheduling Software

Verint has acquired Qudini, a U.K.-based provider of appointment scheduling and virtual queuing software, to add appointment scheduling capabilities to the Verint Customer Engagement Platform. Qudini is privately held, headquartered in London with roughly 20 employees; Seneca Partners EIS Portfolio Fund exited its investment as part of the sale. Terms were not disclosed.

Foundation Software Acquires Vendrix, Inc.

Foundation Software, LLC has acquired Vendrix, Inc., a construction-focused financial management platform that provides corporate cards, expense management, AP automation and bill pay. The acquisition expands Foundation Software's construction software suite by adding expense and accounts-payable capabilities to deliver a more complete end-to-end solution for contractors.
