TaxBit Acquires Digital-Asset Accounting Startup Tactic

TaxBit has acquired Tactic, a New York–based digital asset accounting platform, to integrate Tactic's automated accounting subledger into TaxBit's Corporate Accounting Suite and expand its enterprise-grade crypto accounting capabilities. The acquisition will also establish a stronger TaxBit presence in New York; financial terms were not disclosed.

OpenGov Acquires Cartegraph

OpenGov has acquired Cartegraph, a provider of operations and infrastructure asset management software for public agencies, from Pamlico Capital. The deal brings Cartegraph's asset and work management capabilities into OpenGov's government cloud to expand its product suite for local and state governments; OpenGov is backed by Cox Enterprises and Cartegraph was a Pamlico Capital portfolio company.
