Rubicon Technology Partners has acquired Tacton, the Stockholm-headquartered leader in CPQ SaaS for complex manufacturers, with GRO Capital (via GRO Fund III) investing alongside Rubicon. The transaction represents a sale by existing investors GRO Fund I and Kirk Kapital and is intended to accelerate Tacton's global growth, particularly in North America, through product innovation and go-to-market expansion.
