Digital Dream Labs Acquires Anki Robotics and AI Assets

Digital Dream Labs has acquired the robotics and artificial intelligence assets of Anki, obtaining ownership of product lines including Cozmo, Vector, and Overdrive without taking on liabilities. The Pittsburgh-based edtech and consumer-robotics company plans to relaunch the products with updates and new features and will engage the existing fan base as it restores services and functionality.
