The acquisition expands BigTime’s product capabilities—linking sales quoting, project initiation, resource allocation, invoicing, and payments—to provide a unified end-to-end solution for mid-market professional services organizations. Terms were not disclosed and WorkRails leadership will remain in strategic roles.
