Totalmobile Acquires Working Time Solutions

Totalmobile, a Bowmark-backed field service management software provider, has acquired Manchester-based Working Time Solutions (WTS) to add SaaS-based shift planning, rostering and workforce management capabilities to its Organise solution. The add-on expands Totalmobile's product capability and strengthens its presence in the North of England, bringing over 60 WTS customers and 30,000 users into its footprint.

BigTime Software Acquires WorkRails

BigTime Software has acquired WorkRails, a CPQ and workflow automation provider for professional services firms, to integrate CPQ functionality into its professional services automation platform. The acquisition expands BigTime’s product capabilities—linking sales quoting, project initiation, resource allocation, invoicing, and payments—to provide a unified end-to-end solution for mid-market professional services organizations. Terms were not disclosed and WorkRails leadership will remain in strategic roles.

Thoma Bravo Acquires Foundation Software

Thoma Bravo has completed a strategic growth investment to acquire Foundation Software, a provider of construction accounting software and payroll services for small- to mid-sized specialty contractors. Founder & CEO Fred Ode will retain a minority ownership stake, and the transaction was financed by funds managed by affiliates of The Private Credit Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, BlackRock US Private Credit and Interbank.
