Broadtree Partners Acquires Contract Sweeping Services and Statewide Construction Sweeping

Broadtree Partners has acquired Contract Sweeping Services, LLC and Statewide Construction Sweeping, LLC and combined them under a new holding company, West Sweeping Services Holdings, LLC, to build a regional power-sweeping platform. The deal was financed with senior debt from Bank Prov and subordinated debt and equity from True West Capital Partners; Manvendra Saxena (Broadtree) will serve as President & CEO while founders Joe and Gina Vella remain equity holders and operational advisors.

West Sweeping (Broadtree-backed) Acquires Szeremi Sweeping Service

Warburg Pincus Acquires Sweeping Corporation of America from Soundcore Capital Partners

Warburg Pincus has agreed to acquire Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) from prior investor Soundcore Capital Partners; financial terms were not disclosed. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, SCA is the largest power sweeping company in the U.S. with more than 1,000 employees across 35 locations and the investment will be used to accelerate sales and marketing, expand service capacity, and pursue strategic acquisitions.
