National Oilwell Varco (NOV) has acquired Permian Fabrication and Services, Inc., an Odessa, Texas-based provider of oilfield equipment fabrication and services. The sale, announced by IAG, was completed as a strategic acquisition to bolster NOV's oilfield equipment manufacturing and service capabilities in the Permian Basin.

Severn Group Acquires ValvTechnologies

Severn Group has acquired ValvTechnologies, a Houston-based leader in metal-seated, zero-leakage isolation valves, expanding the group's severe-service valve capabilities and aftermarket services. The deal was funded by private equity firm Bluewater (which invested in Severn Group in 2019) and is intended to broaden Severn's international presence and end-market coverage while ValvTechnologies retains operational independence.

Masco Group Acquires Techniserv, Inc.

Masco Group has acquired Techniserv, Inc., a U.S.-based provider of bioreactor and bioprocess systems, to strengthen its U.S. presence and expand its upstream and downstream processing capabilities. Techniserv will continue operating under its current leadership as part of Masco Group's Process Business Unit, bringing a 62,000 sq. ft. Pennsylvania facility and service team to Masco's global platform.

Jernbro Acquires Veltec

Jernbro, a Sweden-based industrial maintenance and projects provider backed by Bluewater, has agreed to acquire Veltec to expand its capabilities and reach across Scandinavia. Veltec brings more than 50 years of experience and over 300 skilled staff in Norway and Denmark; the combined business will operate from 35+ locations and about 1,300 employees.

KODA Enterprises Group Acquires V-TEK, Inc.

KODA Enterprises Group, a Waltham-based middle market private investment firm, has acquired V-TEK, Inc., a Mankato, Minnesota manufacturer of precision packaging, inspection, and bond-testing equipment (including subsidiaries Royce Instruments and V-TEK Mexico). V-TEK will continue to operate under existing management across its U.S. and Mexico locations, and KODA plans to support the company’s organic product development and pursue strategic acquisitions to drive growth.

Tencarva Machinery Company Acquires Atlantic Valve & Equipment

Tencarva Machinery Company, a PE-backed industrial pump and flow-control distributor, has acquired Atlantic Valve & Equipment, a Richmond-based manufacturer's representative serving municipal and industrial water/wastewater markets across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. The acquisition, supported by Tencarva investor Bessemer Investors, expands Tencarva’s municipal coverage and product line card; financial terms were not disclosed.
