NOV Acquires Denali Incorporated

NOV (National Oilwell Varco) has completed its acquisition of Denali Incorporated, a longtime manufacturer of fiberglass‑reinforced plastic (FRP) products and brands including Containment Solutions, Belco, Ershigs, Fabricated Plastics, Fibra, and Plasti‑Fab. The business will be integrated into NOV’s Fiber Glass Systems unit to provide customers with an integrated offering of fiberglass pipes, risers and tanks for petroleum, chemical, power generation and water markets.

Serva Group Acquires ValTek Industries

Serva Group, a Tulsa-based manufacturer of well-servicing equipment, has acquired ValTek Industries, a Permian Basin manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic fracturing pumps, parts and fleet services based in Odessa, Texas. The deal expands Serva's well service pump product line and local service capabilities in the Permian Basin; Serva President Alex Menkhaus will manage the combined operations.

NOV Acquires Extract Companies from Riata Capital Group

NOV (National Oilwell Varco) has acquired Extract Companies, LLC, a Tulsa-based provider of artificial lift systems and ESP services, from Riata Capital Group. Under Riata's ownership Extract grew from under $10M to roughly $250M in revenue across nine facilities; terms were not disclosed and NOV said the acquisition will expand its artificial lift capabilities and customer service footprint.

Borco U.S.A. Acquires Permian-based Well Service Company

Petrosmith Acquires Wellflex Energy Solutions

Forum Energy Technologies Acquires Variperm Energy Services

Forum Energy Technologies (FET) completed the acquisition of Variperm Energy Services for $150 million in cash plus 2 million shares of FET common stock, a transaction reflecting approximately 3.7x Variperm's trailing twelve months EBITDA. The deal brings Variperm's sand and flow control and downhole technology capabilities into FET's completions and downhole product portfolio, broadening FET's product offering and global reach; Variperm was a portfolio company of SCF Partners and has ~290 employees across North America.
