HCSS Acquires Dispatcher-Pro (Dispatcher)

HCSS, the Sugar Land, Texas-based construction management software provider, has acquired Paris-based Dispatcher-Pro (known as Dispatcher) to integrate its cloud-native resource and workforce management capabilities into the HCSS platform. The acquisition strengthens HCSS's scheduling, equipment and labor planning functionality and expands its product capabilities for heavy civil and infrastructure contractors.
