G-Mac's AgTeam LP has entered into an agreement to merge Cavalier Agrow Ltd. into G-Mac's AgTeam, creating a combined business that will operate 14 locations across Saskatchewan and employ approximately 130 people. Cavalier shareholders received equity in G-Mac's AgTeam as consideration, and the transaction was supported by local investors Golden Opportunities Fund Inc. and Westcap Mgt. Ltd.

II completed its merger with African Agriculture, Inc., with the combined company changing its name to African Agriculture Holdings Inc. and beginning trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker AAGR. The transaction brings a commercial-scale alfalfa farming operation (currently ~750 acres in production out of ~62,000 acres secured in Senegal) to the U.S. public markets and is intended to fund scaling of agricultural production and geographic expansion across Africa.

Macquarie Asset Management will acquire the remaining controlling interests in Galehead Development from Galehead Founders via funds managed by MAM, and Galehead will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Treaty Oak Clean Energy. The integration pairs Galehead's LandCommand-enabled development pipeline (over 20 GWAC across more than 20 states) with Treaty Oak's IPP capabilities to expand geographic reach and accelerate commercialization of utility-scale solar, wind and storage projects; Galehead founders will form ETX Upstream to pursue upstream Energy Transition activities.
