Igneo Infrastructure Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Soltage

Igneo Infrastructure Partners has agreed to acquire a majority equity interest in Soltage, a Jersey City–based developer, owner and operator of distributed solar and storage assets across 18 U.S. states. The investment will support Soltage's transition to a full independent power producer (IPP) model and the buildout of its 1.9 GW pipeline; terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close in 2023.
