Ingersoll Rand Acquires APSCO, Blutek and UT Pumps in $135M Bolt-on Deal

Ingersoll Rand Inc. acquired Air Power Systems Co., LLC (APSCO), Blutek s.r.l., and UT Pumps & Systems Private Limited in bolt-on transactions for a combined purchase price of approximately $135 million. The acquisitions add more than $50 million of combined revenue and expand Ingersoll Rand's pump, compressor and fluid-handling technologies and aftermarket capabilities across the United States, Italy and India.

Ingersoll Rand Inc. has acquired Dosatron International L.L.C. and Dilution Solutions L.L.C. for an all-cash upfront purchase price of approximately $90 million plus up to $15 million in potential future consideration. The Clearwater, Florida–based dosing pump and fluid-dosing systems business (about 45 employees) will join Ingersoll Rand's Precision and Science Technologies segment, expanding the company's digital and IIoT-enabled capabilities into controlled environment agriculture, hydroponics, horticulture, animal health, food safety and water treatment.
