Vev Acquires TIME's Website Builder TIME Sites (SITES)

Oslo-based no-code platform Vev has acquired TIME's U.S.-based website builder TIME Sites (now SITES) to expand its interactive content and enterprise web-creation capabilities. As part of the deal Marc Benioff (owner of TIME and Salesforce CEO) took a stake in Vev; TIME is the selling party. Financial terms were not disclosed.
