The deal adds approximately 1,500 people and strengthens Accenture's application and infrastructure managed services and cloud engineering capabilities to help clients accelerate cloud transformations.

Velocity Acquires CTI Solutions

Velocity, a managed services company headquartered in Holland, Ohio, has acquired CTI Solutions, a digital signage and content management technology company based in Overland Park, Kansas. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Velocity’s in-house SaaS development capabilities and expand its digital signage, CMS and interactive touchless solution offerings for hospitality, healthcare, retail and entertainment customers.

CSI Acquires Velocity Solutions from H.I.G. Capital

CSI, a provider of end-to-end financial software, has acquired Velocity Solutions from H.I.G. Capital. Velocity Solutions — a nearly 30-year-old provider of deposit acquisition, customer engagement and intelligent overdraft management software that serves more than 30 million consumers — will be integrated into CSI's suite of products; terms were not disclosed.

Accel-KKR Acquires Navis from Cargotec

Accel-KKR, a Menlo Park-based technology-focused private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of Navis LLC from Cargotec. The deal transfers Navis' full software portfolio and employees to Accel-KKR and is intended to accelerate Navis' SaaS and digitalization strategy while supporting strategic M&A and expansion into inland and other supply-chain solutions.

EightCloud — founded in 2011 and with team members in the U.S., Mexico and India — will bring managed Salesforce expertise to Navisite's mid-market and smaller enterprise customer base.
