OVHcloud has acquired BuyDRM, an Austin-based provider of digital rights management (DRM) and content security technologies, bringing BuyDRM's team and IP into OVHcloud to accelerate the company's cloud security and PaaS roadmap. The acquisition aims to integrate BuyDRM's cryptographic DRM capabilities across OVHcloud solutions to better secure media and enterprise workloads and support data sovereignty.

Ramp Acquires Procurement Startup Venue

Leadpages — a subscription-based SaaS with over 40,000 users, roughly $18M USD in annual revenue and a ~40-person team — will operate under Redbrick's portfolio and shared-services model to support further growth.
