An affiliate of CenterGate Capital has made a growth investment in Ouray Sportswear, and Ouray announced a strategic partnership with TSC Apparel to combine TSC’s national distribution network with Ouray’s premium branded apparel and headwear. The partnership and capital injection are intended to expand Ouray’s market presence across resort, collegiate, golf and specialty retail channels in the United States.

Sentinel Capital Partners Acquires L2 Brands

Sentinel Capital Partners has acquired L2 Brands, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of custom apparel and headwear serving the collegiate, destination/leisure and corporate markets. The purchase expands Sentinel’s branded consumer products platform and supports growth of L2’s integrated design-to-shipment manufacturing capabilities, which include facilities in Hanover, Pennsylvania and San Salvador, El Salvador. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Lolë Brands Acquires Louis Garneau Sports
