Omega Healthcare, a US-headquartered provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management and clinical services with ~35,000 employees, will continue its growth under the new ownership partnership.

Acusis Acquires Woodham HIM Solutions

The acquisition expands Acusis’s US-based medical coding and auditing footprint and strengthens its coding, auditing, CDI and interim HIM management capabilities for hospitals and health systems.

AMN Healthcare Acquires Peak Health Solutions

Peak Health Solutions was generating approximately $33 million in annualized revenue with adjusted EBITDA greater than 15%; the acquisition was funded with cash and borrowings under AMN's revolving credit facility and will be included in AMN's Other Workforce Solutions segment.
