Infobase Acquires Hoonuit Professional Development & Training Platform

Infobase, a Centre Lane Partners portfolio company, has acquired Hoonuit's Professional Development and Training Platform, including more than 1,600 courses and extensive video content. The purchase adds capability for professional development, micro-credentials, and learning delivery to Infobase's Learning Ecosystem while allowing Hoonuit to refocus on its analytics and data-management offerings.

Soutron Global, a portfolio company backed by Bloom Equity Partners and Atlasview Equity Partners, has acquired Auto-Graphics, Inc. (parent: Agent Information Software, Inc.) in a take‑private, add‑on transaction that expands Soutron’s library management and resource‑sharing SaaS capabilities. The deal consolidates Auto‑Graphics’ large North American library customer base (over 6,000 libraries) into Soutron’s platform to accelerate product capability expansion and market penetration.

Datacor Acquires INFONETICS

Datacor, Inc., a provider of process manufacturing and chemical distribution software, has acquired INFONETICS, a long‑standing provider of ERP and asset-management software for the welding supply and industrial gas industry. The deal expands Datacor’s industry-specific product suite (including SaaS, container tracking and e‑commerce capabilities) while INFONETICS’ president David J. Frea and his management team will continue to run the business.

Bits In Glass (BIG), an Edmonton-based consulting firm, has acquired US-based digital solutions provider Omnico to strengthen its CRM and workflow automation capabilities. Omnico's founder Barney Holmes will join BIG as Senior Vice President of CRM as the team integrates to expand service delivery across manufacturing, healthcare and financial services clients.
