Infobase, a Centre Lane Partners portfolio company, has acquired Omnigraphics, a Detroit-based publisher of authoritative health and reference content. The acquisition expands Infobase's editorial capabilities and adds Omnigraphics' health, disability, teen health, teen finance and diversity reference collections to Infobase's library and classroom-focused product portfolio.
