Sogelink, a Keensight Capital-backed construction technology group, has acquired LOCATIQS Group (Netherlands) and Focus Software (Norway) to build a pan‑European Construction Tech champion. The deals expand Sogelink's capabilities across GIS, field service management and BIM while accelerating geographic expansion in the Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, the UK and the Nordics.
