Keensight Capital to acquire majority stake in Sogelink

Sogelink is a French provider of vertical software and SaaS solutions for the construction, infrastructure and property management sectors; Keensight plans to support product diversification and international expansion.

Sogelink Acquires Netisys to Expand Infrastructure Management Software Offering

Sogelink, a France-based provider of software solutions for the infrastructure and construction sector, has acquired Netisys, a French software vendor specializing in infrastructure and asset management. The deal is supported by Sogelink's backers, Keensight Capital and CVC Capital Partners, and expands Sogelink's public-domain management capabilities across road, rail and port infrastructure. Netisys' team including its co-founders will join Sogelink as part of the transaction.
