Resource Label Group is a leading North American manufacturer of pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and RFID/NFC solutions headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, operating 19 manufacturing locations and employing roughly 1,400 people; terms were not disclosed.

Majestic Labels' founder Ken Nordlie will join Resource Label Group to lead Southern California digital label operations as the deal becomes the platform's 27th acquisition.
