ROLLER, the Austin-based venue management platform, has acquired BookNow Software, a UK-based Salesforce-native booking and operations platform. The deal expands ROLLER's European footprint and brings BookNow's CRM interoperability and enterprise-focused booking capabilities into ROLLER's product suite; BookNow founder Luke Sims will join ROLLER to lead the business as CEO of BookNow under ROLLER.

American Roller Acquires Big River Roller

American Roller has acquired Big River Roller, a Paris, Arkansas-based industrial roller and core manufacturer, in a transaction that expands American Roller’s capabilities in rubber coverings and core design while extending its presence in the U.S. South. Terms were not disclosed; Big River’s founding members are joining as part of American Roller’s ownership group and the deal has already resulted in expanded service routes and integrated core manufacturing capabilities.

ROKER Acquires SecurePark Technologies

SecurePark's team, IP and recurring revenue stream have been integrated into ROKER to create a complete end-to-end parking management and enforcement solution; consideration was cash and stock (undisclosed).

PDFTron Systems Acquires ActivePDF
