ROLLER, the Austin-based venue management platform, has acquired BookNow Software, a UK-based Salesforce-native booking and operations platform. The deal expands ROLLER's European footprint and brings BookNow's CRM interoperability and enterprise-focused booking capabilities into ROLLER's product suite; BookNow founder Luke Sims will join ROLLER to lead the business as CEO of BookNow under ROLLER.
