Beamer has acquired Userflow in a transaction valued at more than $60 million, with financial support from lead investor Camber Partners and Arsenal Growth Equity. The deal combines Beamer's in-app product communication and feedback tools with Userflow's no-code onboarding builder to create a consolidated product-team growth toolkit for PLG software companies.
