Appfire acquired more than twenty Atlassian marketplace applications from ServiceRocket, including its top-selling Connector for Salesforce & Jira and Connector for Salesforce & Confluence. The asset purchase expands Appfire's capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem and strengthens its Atlassian Marketplace offering while ServiceRocket will remain a channel partner.

Apex Group Acquires Flow (FTS Tech, Inc.)

Apex Group Ltd. has acquired FTS Tech, Inc. (trading as Flow), a private-markets SaaS platform that streamlines fund management, onboarding, and investor engagement. The acquisition (Flow brings ~15 employees and $17bn AUA) integrates Flow's technology into Apex's fund administration and middle-office services to expand digital capabilities and deliver an end-to-end private markets infrastructure.

Splunk Inc. Acquires Flowmill

Splunk Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Flowmill, a Palo Alto–based cloud network observability company that specializes in network performance monitoring using eBPF technology. The acquisition expands Splunk's Observability Suite by adding real-time cloud network telemetry and NPM capabilities; the deal was announced November 24, 2020 and expected to close in Splunk's fiscal fourth quarter.

Appfire Acquires 7pace to Expand into Microsoft Ecosystem

Appfire, a PE-backed enterprise collaboration software provider, has acquired Munich-based 7pace, the maker of 7pace Timetracker for Azure DevOps (and newly launched on GitHub). The acquisition expands Appfire's presence in the Microsoft ecosystem, brings the 7pace team and Munich location into Appfire, and includes planned investment in Azure DevOps and GitHub product development and go-to-market efforts.

Appfire Acquires SoftwarePlant

Appfire has acquired SoftwarePlant, the developer of BigPicture, a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool that integrates with Jira. As part of the transaction, SoftwarePlant founders Tomasz Kucharski and Michal Niwinski and approximately 165 team members joined Appfire, expanding Appfire's product portfolio and PPM capabilities.

Exa Capital Acquires Flow Software

Exa Capital, a private equity firm following a permanent hold strategy, has acquired Flow Software, an Auckland-based integration-as-a-service provider serving businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Flow will continue operating independently under Exa’s decentralized model as Exa deepens its presence in the ANZ region.
