Kemp Technologies has acquired Flowmon Networks, a Brno-based provider of network performance monitoring and network detection and response (NDR) solutions. The deal adds machine-learning driven network visibility, encrypted traffic analysis and automated incident response to Kemp's application delivery and security portfolio; Kemp is a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, making this an add-on acquisition.

Appfire Acquires Flow from Pluralsight

The acquisition transfers Flow from Pluralsight to Appfire and enables Appfire to offer data-driven developer productivity insights alongside its existing Atlassian/Microsoft/monday.com integrations.

Splunk Acquires Plumbr and Rigor to Expand Observability Portfolio

Splunk Inc. acquired Plumbr, an application performance monitoring (APM) company, and signed a definitive agreement to acquire Rigor, a digital experience/synthetic monitoring provider, to broaden its Observability Suite. The deals add real-user monitoring, deep instrumentation, synthetic monitoring and optimization capabilities to Splunk’s Data-to-Everything platform to provide end-to-end observability across cloud and on‑premises environments.
