Splunk Inc. acquired Plumbr, an application performance monitoring (APM) company, and signed a definitive agreement to acquire Rigor, a digital experience/synthetic monitoring provider, to broaden its Observability Suite. The deals add real-user monitoring, deep instrumentation, synthetic monitoring and optimization capabilities to Splunk’s Data-to-Everything platform to provide end-to-end observability across cloud and on‑premises environments.
