Terms were not disclosed; Tribologix CEO Ben Ehrens will remain with the business as a consultant and the deal expands AIM MRO's capabilities in aerospace-grade surface coatings.

Blue Wolf Performance Solutions Acquires Reliable Industrial Group

Blue Wolf Performance Solutions, a Dorilton-backed industrial cleaning and maintenance platform, has acquired Reliable Industrial Group (RIG), a Houston-area specialist in pre-commissioning and industrial cleaning services. The acquisition adds lube oil flushing, chemical cleaning, air and steam blow, and other pre-commissioning capabilities to Blue Wolf's platform and supports expansion of turnkey pre-commissioning offerings.

Prometheus Group Acquires Atonix Digital and Launches Prometheus APM

AMSOIL Inc. Acquires Aerospace Lubricants

AMSOIL Inc., a family-owned synthetic lubricant manufacturer based in Superior, Wisconsin, has acquired Columbus, Ohio–based Aerospace Lubricants, which will operate as an independent subsidiary. AMSOIL plans to invest to expand Aerospace Lubricants' formulation capabilities and production capacity while retaining the company's brand and leadership under new president Dave Meyer.

Reliability Won Acquires Fluid Life

The seller was Capstreet, the private equity owner of TFH/Allied Reliability; the transaction was signed and closed simultaneously.
