Blue Wolf Performance Solutions Acquires Aqua Drill International

Blue Wolf Performance Solutions, a Dorilton-backed industrial cleaning platform, has acquired Aqua Drill International, a Dickinson, Texas–based provider of proprietary, technology-driven industrial cleaning services. The deal expands Blue Wolf's technical capabilities and national service offering across power generation, petrochemical, refining and other industrial end markets.

Conco Services Acquires Blue Wolf Performance Solutions

Conco Services LLC, a portfolio company backed by Rising Point Capital (and supported by Tecum Capital, UMB Capital Corporation, and Unity Hunt), acquired Blue Wolf Performance Solutions and its subsidiaries from Dorilton Capital Management. The deal, which closed May 26, 2023, folds Blue Wolf’s specialist industrial cleaning and heat-exchanger service lines into Conco to broaden capabilities and expand Conco’s service offering and geographic footprint.

Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired Colson Group, a global manufacturer and distributor of casters and wheel product solutions. Blue Wolf said it will invest to enhance Colson's domestic manufacturing capabilities and pursue operational, commercial, and supply-chain improvements to drive long-term growth; terms were not disclosed.

Aberdeen-based Centurion Group completed four strategic acquisitions in 2023 — Blue Drop Solutions Inc., RioView Industries Inc., Whitetail Energy Services Inc., and BBB Remote Site Services — to expand its operational footprint and service capabilities in water/wastewater, remote camp accommodations and rental services across Canada and Australia. The deals are complementary to Centurion's existing rental and services platform and are expected to increase 2023 Group revenue and EBITDA while strengthening presence in key energy, mining and infrastructure markets.
