Blue Wolf Performance Solutions Acquires Reliable Industrial Group

Blue Wolf Performance Solutions, a Dorilton-backed industrial cleaning and maintenance platform, has acquired Reliable Industrial Group (RIG), a Houston-area specialist in pre-commissioning and industrial cleaning services. The acquisition adds lube oil flushing, chemical cleaning, air and steam blow, and other pre-commissioning capabilities to Blue Wolf's platform and supports expansion of turnkey pre-commissioning offerings.

Conco Services LLC, a portfolio company backed by Rising Point Capital (and supported by Tecum Capital, UMB Capital Corporation, and Unity Hunt), acquired Blue Wolf Performance Solutions and its subsidiaries from Dorilton Capital Management. The deal, which closed May 26, 2023, folds Blue Wolf’s specialist industrial cleaning and heat-exchanger service lines into Conco to broaden capabilities and expand Conco’s service offering and geographic footprint.

Kemira Acquires AquaBlue, Inc.

London-based private equity firm Blue Water Energy has acquired Pipeline Technique Limited (PTL), a Huntly, Scotland-headquartered provider of pipeline welding, field joint coating and spoolbase services, from Heerema Marine Contractors. Blue Water said it will invest capital to support PTL’s future growth and independence as a specialist pipeline welding and coating services provider to the energy industry.
