AMSOIL Inc., a family-owned synthetic lubricant manufacturer based in Superior, Wisconsin, has acquired Columbus, Ohio–based Aerospace Lubricants, which will operate as an independent subsidiary. AMSOIL plans to invest to expand Aerospace Lubricants' formulation capabilities and production capacity while retaining the company's brand and leadership under new president Dave Meyer.
