AMSOIL Inc. Acquires Aerospace Lubricants

AMSOIL Inc., a family-owned synthetic lubricant manufacturer based in Superior, Wisconsin, has acquired Columbus, Ohio–based Aerospace Lubricants, which will operate as an independent subsidiary. AMSOIL plans to invest to expand Aerospace Lubricants' formulation capabilities and production capacity while retaining the company's brand and leadership under new president Dave Meyer.

LSC Environmental Products Acquires Benzaco Scientific, Inc.

Ancor Capital Partners portfolio company LSC Environmental Products, LLC has acquired Benzaco Scientific, Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based manufacturer of natural odor-control compounds and delivery systems. The deal expands LSC's solutions portfolio in the solid waste, oil & gas and remediation markets, brings Benzaco's team into LSC's organization, and retains Benzaco's product lines, including the Odor-Armor family; terms were not disclosed.

RelaDyne Acquires Allied Oil

RelaDyne, the nation's largest lubricant distributor, has acquired Allied Oil, a Midwest leader in lubricant and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) solutions and industrial reliability services based in Omaha, Nebraska. The acquisition expands RelaDyne's geographic presence and route density in the Upper Midwest, while providing Allied Oil access to RelaDyne's resources, product breadth, and technology.

Kano Laboratories Acquires Super Lube and Synco Brands

Kano Laboratories, backed by Gryphon Investors' Gryphon Heritage Fund, has acquired the operating assets related to the Super Lube and Synco brands from Synco Chemical Corporation. The acquisition expands Kano's portfolio of premium greases and lubricants and will see Natalia Diaz continue to lead Super Lube as President, reporting to Kano President Mark Klein; terms were not disclosed.
